Calls in Belfast

Hi, I am going to Belfast in a few weeks and was wondering will it be ok to use my virgin Mobil while there or will this be classed as abroad and start getting roaming charges .

Belfast is in the UK and is classed as UK.

Just be sure that you don't accidentally lock onto a signal from the republic like some folks in Anglesey do and get hit by roaming charges.

Telecoms expert Ernest Doku from uSwitch.com said the problem also happens on the border between Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic, and on the south coast of England.
