Virgin Sim Questions

I have a few questions if someone can help?

The big Data & Texts sim says you keep your top up credit to use outside of your rewards. Does anyone know if this credit remains yours permenently or do you lose it at the end of the month if you havnt used it?

The pay monthly sim says i can save £5pm if im already a virgin media customer.
Does anyone know if these sims are limited to one per household or could i order one for my partner and daughter as well and save the £5 on each?

We have two sims although they are both in my name but I don't think that matters.

Re: Virgin Sim Questions

The PAYG sim we have from Virgin keeps the credit indefinitely. I have it in a spare phone and it still has the £10 i put on it a year ago.

Re: Virgin Sim Questions

I'd use it a little, if it's idle for a year, it could end up being cancelled

Watch out if you don't use it. I know someone who had a phone just for an emergency. It got disconnected.
