Just had a call from virgin (i think) they said that there was a problem with my internet bill payment and I need to give updated details or try to make the payment over the phone. I told them Id call them back in a moment so I could find my bank card. I looked the number up online (01753417470) as I know sometimes you get scam calls from virgin. The number has mixed comments, mainly saying its a scam but the one person said it was genuine so not sure (
comments here . I dont want to be sat on hold for ages so would rather call the billing team direct than the general customer services number, so is this a real number or not please?
