Terrible and such a rare unlucky injury. Hope the bowler gets through this. He was hit in the neck so a different helmet probably wouldn't have helped.
I hope they don't do anything stupid like banning bouncers. There are risks with any sport, it's amazing there haven't been more serious injuries in cricket.
