Yep, they are great, been on them since 2018.
My levels were never considered high but doc suggested them anyway.
They reduced my overall score from 4.2 to 2.5, which is apparently ok.

Little over 2 weeks ago I bought a spin bike and managed 15 minutes now a little over 2 weeks later I am doing a 30 minute work out at a faster pace and a 20 minute workout later in the day 6 days a week

Wow that's more than my entire body weight. I lost a stone over Christmas and now due to see a dietician to see how to put that back on.

Over a stone a month is unreal. Well done you. I don't know what your target is but as long you're doing it right and not being unhealthy then congrats to you.

I was 31 stone now 21 stone. My goal is somewhere around 15 hopefully by the end of the year. I desperately want to see below 20 stone by mid to end of March

SWMBO turned up last night with our latest rescue a 2yr old ex racing greyhound called Rossi who it would appear wasn’t very good at racing.

Stinks of kennels
Missing patches of fur
Needs feeding up
Pee’d all over the rug (twice)
Never been up a set of stairs before
Didn’t know what to do with his bed apart from try to eat it

Love at first sight and love him to bits
