Matt Schlapp, the head of the American Conservative Union who organizes the Conservative Political Action Conference, is pushing back against those who said that the stage for the event that is taking place in Orlando is eerily reminiscent to a Nazi symbol. “Stage design conspiracies are outrageous and slanderous,” Schlapp tweeted. He went on to say that “CPAC proudly stands with our Jewish allies.”
The fact that Schlapp felt the need to comment on the issue illustrates just how pervasive the comparisons had become on social media as many pointed out that the shape of the stage looked like a Nazi symbol. Specifically, many said the stage looked like a version of the Odal rune, also referred to as the Othala rune. The symbol dates back centuries but was also used by some Nazi SS divisions during World War II. The symbol was emblazoned on uniforms of some Nazi soldiers.
The shape of the stage, a diamond with two prongs extending on one end, is indeed similar to an early European Othala rune also known as the “Odal rune.” According to the Anti-Defamation League this is a popular Neo-Nazi symbol, but as it is part of an ancient runic alphabet system, it has not solely been used as a hate symbol. It also appears in different forms, sometimes without the two prongs pointing upward.
It has, however, been used as the insignia of a number of Nazi divisions during the early 20th century. The rune was used as the logo of the Nazi 7th SS Mountain Division that fought in Croatia and the Balkans in the 1940s. One book “7th SS Mountain Division Prinz Eugen at War 1941-1945: A History of the Division,” with photographs of Nazi soldiers collected by Ian Baxter, features the symbol prominently on its cover. Another historical account by Otto Kumm, a Nazi German commander of the SS during World War II, also features the symbol prominently on its cover. This edition, published in 1995, is available on Amazon.

There are NOT 2 prongs. It's just the way the colours of blue and red appear and the 2 blue "prongs" are linked at the top. It's also technically upside down, IF it was the RUNE(ie ancient) symbol.
Perhaps the media would be better going after those killing 8 year old girls & others, giving race power salutes, breaking shop windows and looting complaining that certain groups are over-represented in employment etc, forcing people out of their jobs because they don't follow them. But the media are never going to go after BLM, the left, and the liberals, are they?
Not the best stage design but I seriously doubt it was intentional.
Incidentally, Trump headlined last night and continued to push his claim that he won the election.
Yes he might come back for a third win.

Surely a fourth time as I believe he also won honourably in 2012 but was defrauded by the lizard men who removed all evidence of him running and his victory from the interwebs.
