Mobile System Fault

Anyone know if there is a fault with the VM mobile system atm.

I am unable to send any texts, they just fail, and any attempted phone call just fails with a "The system is busy atm, please try later".

Re: Mobile System Fault

Looking around it seems like a national issue, surprised no one else has posted about it yet.

Use VM for phone lines at work, been down all day but just come back up. So looks like some kind of systemic problem.

Re: Mobile System Fault

I had to use my landline yesterday to report a BB fault as 150 kept putting me through to the Virgin Mobile menu (as if I'd dialled 789).

I tried to explain the issue to the foreign staff, but they couldn't understand English and just wanted to transfer me to BB faults. They really are a pain.
