Downloading Flash Games

Is it possible to download online Flash games to a PC to play offline? I'd quite like to get the BBC's Dalek game ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/games/index.shtml ) but I don't know if I can...

Any ideas?

The way I've done that before is to find the URL for the game in the page source, switch off the file association for the .SWF file, and then put the URL into the browser - it'll then ask if you want to save the file.

I have come across Flash games that wouldn't work this way (probably required something else on the server) but equally I found quite a few that would.

Re: Downloading Flash Games

I just look for the swf file in Opera's cache and move it to a games folder...

No need to mess with file association.. lol

Just right click the link and do "save target as" in IE or "save link as" in FF.
