Only way to get it resolved is by calling Virgin media, no one on a forum can really help as we can't see you account etc.

Re: Help please
That depends which aspect of the service Drayton thinks has been hacked. The collective wisdom of CF may well be able to help.

Re: Help please
Well, it was posted from a VM connection (up in the North/West) but with no further information, no one can help or advise.
The poster hasnt been online (in the forum) since 8.41pm.

Re: Help please
It’s just a pity the OP hasn’t been back in this thread since asking for “immediate help” ... or indeed leaving any details any of us could have worked with in the meantime.

Apple device related?

If you’ve recently upgraded your iPhone to iOS 14 and you have a Virgin Media Hub 3, or our WiFi Boosters, you may have noticed a message warning of ‘weak security’ on your WiFi connection. It’s nothing to worry about and your WiFi is still perfectly secure. WiFi security standards are constantly being updated in line with new product and software releases and over time, stronger standards emerge.

Re: Help please
I had a brief PM from the OP. Whatever the issues he’s been having are, he felt the need to contact the police, hence he hasn’t been in this thread since. Hopefully we’ll get to hear from him again at some point.

Re: Help please
As it appears this may be a police issue, I have closed this thread for the time being. If Drayton would like to reopen the thread to discuss his issue further, he can PM me or one of the team and we will oblige.
