Logging In To My Virgin Media

I am unable to log in to my account for some unknown reason. This has only just happened.

I received an email from Virgin to visit My Virgin Media Best Bits. When I logged on it didn't recognise my details. Tried a few times without success. My log in details are held in Chrome so they were correct. I thought with this new set up I would have to register. When I tried it said that I already had an account.

Any ideas? How can I contact Virgin? They say don't phone.

Logged in this morning to pay a bill. No problems.

Re: Logging In To My Virgin Media

I got the same email as Robbie yesterday. I didn't have any problem going direct to the VM best bits site, what a useless exercise IMHO. I did however then try to log in to My VM and it didn't recognise me despite using an automatic log in that had worked only a few minute earlier on the Best Bits site.

Tried again this morning and got in without a hitch.

If you are still having problems to-day you could try the VM Community site.
