How can i contact virgin , so they can collect their equipment
i have equipment that belongs to virgin ,[ modem , tv box ] they said twice now that they are going to pick them up but haven't turned up , they even text me to say what day , but never turned up , is there a email address or phone number i can call so i can get this collected please .

i would rather they come and collect it as i have cables and other bits for them to collect and it will be quite a big box

They didn’t want my Hub2ac back, so it went to our local IT recycling group (they strip it and use it for spare parts).

I've seen posts where customers have been told that VM don't want their equipment back, then months later they are told that they do want it back under threat of a charge. It happened with my V+. They said that they didn't want it back, so I kept it as emergency back up. Good job I did because they then changed their minds later on.
I always advise people to hold onto equipment for a very long time beford disposing of it.

Even if they don't want the equipment back it really is VMs responsibility to dispose of their equipment/carbon footprint. If they expect you to do it send them a bill for disposal costs.

Not very far I suspect - as you are renting the box.
Of course if you cancel and they fail to get it back that may be a different story.
