Would you stay if Amazon won 46 Premiership games and Virgin went on to including Amazon Prime within the XL and VIP packages as a direct replacement?

Would keep sports fans happy, to a certain extent, and possibly win over customers who have been moaning for years they don't watch sport and don't see why they should subsidise BT Sport being included within their XL / VIP package. With a mixture of live sport, movies, tv shows and other content surely Amazon Prime would be the ideal solution for the overall masses? Everyone's a winner.

I'd have to consider it but it would depend on how Amazon packaged it as I already have prime account

BT would still have more sport all the champions league/Europa league, FA Cup and other sports

I'd be in favour of a pay per view set up for the football, some of the games throughout the season are just dross, I'd rather pay for games on a one off basis.

There should certainly be an option for pay per view. I'm sure there are quite a few football followers who are only really wanting to pay to watch their own team play on particular occasions.

Very true. The thing is you can have the SKY Sports Premiership channel on SKY for £18.00 per month. With day passes costing & £6.99 a pop it's probably better value having the channel IMO

I don't think that would be allowed - otherwise sky would have tried something similar before now.

When PL took off on sky they used to have Premplus games (additional at £50 per season - for 35+ games?)

There was talk of being able to buy season tickets to enable you to watch all of your team's games in full - this never materialised.

So you want me to shut up because I don't agree with those (including you, presumably) who don't want to contemplate what to some of us is inevitable?

Sorry, mate, but this is a democracy, and you seem unwilling to face the challenges of the future.

Your problem, not mine.

Yes, point well made.

I am certainly with those who say that women should not be harrassed. However, those who choose to take this kind of work should be free to do so.

I certainly do not think that women should be coerced or tricked into these roles.

We need to have some balance here and not lurch from one extreme to another.

Yes, if it was only the odd game in any month that you wanted to see, PPV would be the better option.

PremPlus was an experiment that didn't work so Sky scrapped it. Insufficient numbers subscribed to it, customers favoured an inclusive subscription.

And no doubt, many of those who were affected by this decided to vote with their feet and watch free via Kodi.

Serves them right, I say. Why should people pay for matches they don't want to watch?!!

I seem to recall when I was a NTL customer you could 'pay-per-view' option for matches? Anyone else recall this?

Isn't it illegal to watch it free via Kodi (or any other method)?
