Mum's steak with fried mushrooms, swede, jacket potato and mustard sauce.

Yummy. The sugar-fried onions, on the other hand?

To me they smell of that horrible smell of new cheap plasticy stuff that gives you a headache, if you know what I mean!?

Tonight's Menu.

Seafood Tagliatelle.

Diced Onions, Peppers and a small amount of Broccoli.
Fresh (live until they hit the boiling water ) Mussels.
Extra large King Scallops.
Large Prawns.
Fresh Egg Tagliatelle
Tomato & Mascarpone Sauce.

A Nottage Hill Chardonnay, a Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon & a Californian Merlot should wash that down a treat.

Have not decided what to give the others to drink yet.
