For lunch I made something quick. A chopped in half croissant filled with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, a slice of ham, and a slice of cheese.

Tea.... Chinese style pasta with chopped up pieces of chicken and mixed vegetables stir-fry style.

A warm plate is a good idea, but what really bugs me, is when you know it's a good steak, but it could have tasted so much better if it had not been cooked to death (even though you ordered rare).

An over cooked steak is like trying to eat a piece of plastic.
Un-eatable !!!

(On a similar note, we won a barbecue today so will be doing some nice grilled food at the weekend I think)

I do cook most of the meals and on tonights menu it was.

Fresh Salmon ( great fish stall on our local market)
cooked in white wine with Dill.
Potatoes au gratin
Brocolli
Carrots with Tarragon
Hollandaise sauce.
Washed down with a White Zinfandel ( lovely fruity rose) and an Aussie Merlot.

And I did the washing up afterwards.

IMO the best way of turning anything into sex is cooking the lady a nice dinner

Strips of spicy beef with mushrooms, peppers, and spring onions in a spicey garlic sauce with pasta twirls ( the g/f likes pasta )
