Mercedes are still slow in the second week of testing, I wonder if 2019 will be Ferraris year?

My money is still on Mercedes though as the Ferrari has promised much during the testing season only to not deliver in the proper season.

Re: F1 2019 Season Thread
That is what I am hoping for as testing can be random, take today's test for example a McLaren came top!

You cannot take testing as being an indicator of what will happen "in season".
Part of Maclaren's testing. How do you expect fast times recorded with this setup?

2 snippets of news from the last few days.
Paddy Lowe leaves the Williams teams after its disastrous start to testing.

F1 to award points for fastest lap in a Grand prix as long as they finish in the top 10, this is a good idea in my opinion.

Re: F1 2019 Season Thread
Sounds it, but effectively it will be a bonus point for the people on the podium. I am happy to be proved wrong during the course of the season though.

Re: F1 2019 Season Thread
Shocking news for F1.
Charlie Whiting F1 Racing Director has died this morning in Australia where he was due to oversee the first race of the 2019 season.

Re: F1 2019 Season Thread
Excellent win for Bottas making a Mercedes 1,2 and Ferrari surprisingly struggling.

Ferrari seem to do well in pre-season testing and yet struggle when the real season starts.
