Internet + TV down in Woking GU21
My VM internet and TV has been down since 26th. When I called 150, the status message said this was due to an upgrade which was due to be completed by 6pm. More recent messages are vague. This has affected everyone in my street. One neighbour had an unannounced visit from a VM engineer about a 'fault in his hub', who seemed unaware that the service was down. VM support didn't seem to know anything about it either.
Anyone else in The GU21 Woking area having problems?
