Harry Potter And the Half Blood Prince - 8/10
My favourite HP movie so far I loved the action, had quite a few laughs and wasn't let down by the story at all. Though I probably enjoyed it more because I haven't read the book as most people who have seem to be giving it a rather average score.

Watched Watchmen directors cut last nite. What a great film! Loved the OTT graphical deaths and the FX. Bit of a long film tho at 3hrs. Would love to see a sequel or a prequel (Minutemen) to the story Gets a 10\10
I have also got Watchmen The complete motion comic which takes a bit of getting in to but again great and original.

Watched "I am legend" 8/10.
Then watched the last 15 min of the alternate version.
The one in the original version was better.

Time Crimes - 8/10 - It could go On and On and On and On and On.
Taxidermia - ?/10 - dunno if it was good in an interesting way or crap or just unwatchable. It's like Terry Gilliam with a bit of HC Porn and some Real? Animal killing and an insane plot. I dunno what to make of it. Yes you will have to Torrent it, it is two years old and only just getting a release, doubt it will show at any major multiplex.

Nah I have been off all week and watched loads of films. But seen most of them before so not really a last film you saw. Got a Blue Ray player as well.
Kingdom Of Heaven (Dir Cut) BR
300 BR
The Thing BR
Watchmen (Dir Cut) BR (Bloody region coding, I thought they outgrew that, just cost me £300 for a chipped BR player)
54
Alien
Star Wars
Stoned
Manhattan
Clue
Pieces
Cat and the Canary (Love this film) this is the 70's version
Some Carry On Films....
Whole bunch of others I can't remember. Your not alone in watching films
I have that Watchmen Motion Comic, also have the Black Freighter as well.

I loved the Theatrical Cut, & I think the Director's Cut is even better
Looking forward to the Extended Edition later in the year.

I saw that at the cinema. Great FX, & a very interesting premise... let down IMO by a terrible ending.

Yup, I preferred the Theatrical ending.

re: Rate the last movie you saw
Sorry, it became a challenge to remember what I just wasted 9 days doing.......
Top Secret
Massacre At Central High (Don't knock it, even Ebert liked it)
Caddyshack
Apocalypse Now (Redux)
Carwash
I have too many films and not enough time.
---------- Post added at 22:39 ---------- Previous post was at 22:30 ----------
BTW, all these are bought, so in mind they are all 7/10 - 10/10 or I wouldn't bother.

re: Rate the last movie you saw
I watched Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire last night, and Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix this evening, as a refresher before seeing the new one next week.
Didn't bother watching 1-3 too as I've seen them plenty of times, but I don't think I've actually watched 4 or 5 since seeing them at the cinema.
Very good, IMO, despite them both missing bits from the books.

8/10
Been a while since I read the book, so I can't remember how much has been left out, but I really enjoyed it.

8.5/10
They seem to have missed the scene setting first chapter and emphasized Dubledore's illness, but othewise pretty good and the last main scene was true to the book.

The missus and I haven't read the book since a month or so after the hard back edition came out. We thoroughly enjoyed the film. thought it had the right balance of humour, and then dark when it needed to be

Highlander (BD)
A classic.
There can be only one... [just a pity that didn't apply to the movie]
Mississippi Burning (Sky+)
Powerful stuff, with a top-notch cast.
