The main thing I liked about Virgin (and I’ve been very happy with them since I got the. 16 years ago) was the fact that their BB speeds were faster than everyone else.
I’m currently paying £86/month but have to have an O2 SIM which is Ann additional £30 and both are going up this month.
I am moving to an area where I can’t get Virgin but can get Hey! Broadband which is 1Gb download AND upload for £25/month (first 3months free and no price rises for the two year contract). Telephone is £10/month on top and I won’t get the TV channels but don’t think they are worth another £50 and will cancel the O2 SiIM so, while I’ve enjoyed my time with Virgin, I’m not sure I’ll miss them.
