Just watch you programme and then switch over to another channel you like. Simples really

My programmes are always on mid evening every night so that is not possible lol and i can't record it and have no wish too.

Ya so true. I hate sports and also hate Sci_fi but dont knock the people who like it as that is there thing and everyone is different and like different things. To me they are rubbish but that is just my opinion and it wouldn't be fair for me to go on threads and slag the people who are interested in them.
