In the oven I have Baked Cauliflower in a cheese sauce with sliced tomatoes and waiting to go on top is some diced spicy Choritzo sausage, smoky bacon and lashings more grated cheese.
Strawberries and home made ice cream for afters.
I just hope everyone is hungry when they get here.

BBQ is lit for chicken thighs marinated in olive oil, garlic and Herbes de Provence... a light salad, rolls... AND COLD LAGERS ON STANDBY!

My God my life is going so wrong I should have prepared for a BBQ (ok Im being dramatic but still....), think I might nip for some briquettes reading that has made my mind up, Im really not in the mood for a roast dinner
