He's back
Jeremy Corbyn reinstated by Labour Party

On Tuesday, a meeting of five panel members from Labour's National Executive Committee met and decided Mr Corbyn should be reinstated.
A spokesperson said the party appeared to have "expedited" Mr Corbyn's case and that the committee set up to rule on his future was "factionally aligned" in support of him.
The decision sparked fury from the Jewish Labour Movement, which said it was "extraordinary".

Haha
What a cop out.
In other words until he is told to by the union paymasters or when he can bury the news.

Easily - membership of the Labour Party and being admitted to the Labour Whip are two separate things, just as they are in the Conservative Party (when BoJo removed the Tory Whip from 21 Conservative MPs, they still remained members of the Conservative Party).
Hope this helps.
