Thinking of changing my Virgin DIR-615 D4 to dd-wrt firmware

TBH i've not been impressed with virgins DIR-615 i had issues trying to connect my various G/N wireless devices. So in the end I reverted back to my old 6+ year old safecom G router.

Seeing as my DIR-614 D4 router is laying around I wondered whether it would be worth trying to mod the firmware. Has any one else done this and found that it was worth the change.

Any advice appreciated.
