Recently upgraded to a V6, and have noticed that often when adding a new series link, some of the other series links have all their upcoming episodes removed. If I then move one of the series links up or down in priority, the updating process seems to sort it out.

Perhaps you didn’t give the TiVo software sufficient time to update all the series links, either due to the new series link or guide update?
