Old Tivo box recycle it or bin it ?

Just been upgraded to V6 box as our old tivo box got stuck on startup,

I've tried virginmedia.com/recyclekit , it doesn't show a picture of our box

This link shows which kit needs returning https://www.virginmedia.com/help/vir...ycle-equipment which is the one the OP posted. If your kit isn't shown there then you don't need to return it.

Re: Old Tivo box recycle it or bin it ?

We upgraded our TIVO to a V6 box a couple of weeks ago, in the box with the V6 was a sheet saying " Please recycle you old kit".Apparently Virgin only give out TIVO boxes for fault swaps to customers that can't have a V6 either because they have no Virgin Fibre or already have 3 V6 boxes according to BenMcr.
