Virgin Mobile account question

I have a relative who took up Virgin's offer of a free Nokia C700 (or something like that) for £7.99 a month. As she doesn't have internet, they said she would get a text on her phone when the new bill was generated so she knew how much and when.

Well, the first month it was more than she was expecting, and also they gave her no notice so the first attempt at taking the payment was rejected. Now however, she cannot get a straight answer from CS as to what is included in her tariff, she knows she gets free texts and minutes but not how many. She also knows there is no internet allowance included, but listens to the radio through the mobile so is not sure if she is getting charged for that.

I tried to setup an account for her on my computer but it keeps asking for the password she chose when getting the phone but it rejects all attempts at the password she gives.

Is there anyway she can get a full breakdown of the bill each month bearing in mind she hasn't got internet and I can't set it up on mine so she can have the bills emailed to me and I print it out and send to her.

Thanks, and if you can understand this then you're more wide awake than I am today.

Re: Virgin Mobile account question

Firstly there is a 'My Account' bit at http://m.virginmedia.com that shows what allowances you have left. I don't think you get charged to go on that part of the mobile web. You can also get this via 789 on the handset

If you are having problems setting up the online account due to the verification password, can't she reset it with Virgin Mobile so you can complete the registration?
