V++ changes programs

I have a V++ box. I was watching Would I Lie To You (Live) and, about half way through, the program changed to Waterloo Road - a program which was broadcast yesterday. This sudden unexplained program changing has occurred on a number of occasions and it usually changes to Waterloo Road - at a time when Waterloo Road is not being broadcast. When it happens it is necessary to forward and rewind the program to resume the program which was being watched.
This is a last ditch attempt for any advice before phoning 150 - does anyone know anything?
Thanks
T

Make that call! But it's 151 for Faults. 150 is Customer Services.
