Doesnt look like utilisation to me, I'm no expert but I'd guess you have some faulty hardware/wiring somewhere in your circuit. Either that or something is constantly downloading/uploading on your connection.
Just a hunch mind

Packet loss issues becoming more and more common on my graph, sometimes rebooting the SH stops it but it starts creeping back in after a while (power levels are fine and speed is fine however so god knows what the issue is).

Does this mean Crawley no longer has its own bump and that your chances of getting one are just the same as the rest of us?
The time out line was me switching off for 10 minutes 'cos the support team can't reboot my SH remotely to install R37.
