Nice bit of semi contact points sparring today. Took me right back to my hayday when I would travel the country looking for open tournaments to fight in

l have had my Chest X Ray results back today and despite the concerns at the first Chest X Ray everything is normal and the shadow has been put down to the effects of previous operations in which there were quite large open wounds after the big operations and thus over the years this has formed into a small benign lump.
