Plan change email
We moved to virgin mobile in early December,I got a sim with the oomph bundle and my wife got the £9 monthly SIM deal with 3g data,1500 mins and unlimited texts.We have just received this email.
"We’re writing to let you know we’re updating your mobile plan, and from the date of your April bill we’ll be moving you to a new one. This will include 4GB data, Unlimited minutes and Unlimited texts for £11.00 a month, and any discounts you currently get will no longer apply
Can they alter a plan just like that?
This "any discount" they mentioned,does this mean I will lose the £2 family discount?
I will be ringing them up,but I just like to know your thoughts.
