Some joy at last...

I never got a call back, as promised - So called this evening.

So I now have;
350meg BB
An apology
New V6 Box
New Hub3 (I begged him not to send one, but ‘it was more faff NOT to’) ��

And all for £45 a month. Almost worth the hassle!

Thanks for the input chaps. All’s well that ends well.
