I have a iPhone 8 were I have downloaded movies to.
I would like to play them on my Samsung smart TV so I brought a cable which goes from my iPhone to the HDMI socket on the TV. When I switch to the HDMI source I can see my phone on the TV (like Michael Macintyre) send to all !
However when I play and play the movie I get a message stating it not supported.
I am doing anything sorry or does can I not do it this way
