Re: What have you just bought?
Some cat themed stuff for my wife's birthday and some head light bulbs for my car.
Her main pressie will be a rambling rose, we buy as a stick, propagate it and plant out.

Couple of reduced meat bargains: Outdoor bred pork sausages (3) was £1.35 Mine for 34P.
TTD Pork belly. Was £3. Mine for 74P. I'll do something Chinese and sticky with this involving honey, ginger, garlic, soy and 5 spice.

We dont have spiders in the house or in the cellar as our siamese cat eats them all. He also removes most flying insects as well.

Re: What have you just bought?
Cheapish electric razor for my son - needs to start removing the fluff. Probably need to show him wet shaving later but while he only needs a quick "rub" once in a while.

Re: What have you just bought?
A pair of Huawei Freebud earphones for my P20 Pro.
The sound is prettty decent, however they do look a lot like the apple Airpods.

I have worn contacts for just over a year now nash and tbh I don't wear them all the time more often than not I was flinging out opened contact lenses that had only been worn a couple of days so dailies make more sense both financially and the way I wear them.
I was using fortnightly lenses called acuvue oasys hydraclear plus (which is ideal if you wear them every day for the fortnight) but I didn't hence why have since opted to go for the daily lenses and the ones that I now wear are called Focus Dailies All Day Comfort with these dailies I can wear when I chose without any waste as I was finding that I was only wearing the fortnightly lenses only a couple of times then having to bin them due to them being fortnightly lenses now with the dailies I will have no waste since I will be wearing once then binning them.

She got in a right tizzy trying to fit the data cable for the umpteenth time, as Win10 would not see the drive (I suggested it was a bad lead).
2 pins snapped off, all the others twisted and flattened.
Not so much as a bargain now, bin job I suspect.

I had contact lenses for 15 years and my eyes started to dry up so I had to stop and get glasses, which I do not like does not matter how much I pay for them , but I have no choice, I loved the contacts,

Nash contacts have really came on now as I suffer from dry eye the contacts that I used to use are for people who suffer from dry eye maybe you could ask your optician for a trial of these, I personally found acuvue oasys hydraclear plus extremely good most optician's offer free trial so you will not be out of pocket. I know I was sent away with quite a few packs but I found acuvue oasys hydraclear plus to be the best for my eyes anyway they are a bit more expensive than other lenses but totally worth it. Don't know how much they would be for occasional use as I was the 12 month direct debit scheme and my monthly plan was £22.00 a month for a 3 month supply and i have just changed my plan for dailies I'm going to be £21.00 with the option to change my supply, what I like about going on the 12 month Direct Debit scheme is you get eye test every year plus glasses with the value up to £100.00 and if I get glasses say at £150.00 they take the £100.00 off.
