Sadly, looks can be deceiving, it was mediocre at best.

The end seemed rushed and confusing, not sure what even happened to the bad guy (priest).
The land was then flooded with Humans (basically Elves, just without the pointy ears) - who despite being dumped from another world, somehow survived and thrived.

There were the expected doses of modern woke nonsense.

Random black characters - but how ? from where ?
There was no evidence of any land with really strong sunlight where such coloured tribes and communities would have evolved. They just randomly happen to exist.

In fact the whole show was infected by the mandatory diversity targets, with no explanation of how this 'diversity' could possibly have happened in a place that seemed to consist of one landmass, divided into three kingdoms, all with apparently similar climate.

These kingdoms had also been at war with each other for 1000 years ..... really ?
How on earth have they managed to stay at war that long, with no obvious effects.
After 1000 years of war you would expect pretty much everything to be destroyed, and no one left to fight, but no, all seemed to be doing just fine.

Re: The Witcher: Blood Origin

Yeah I agree. The pre Witcher was ok but without an explanation as to where the experiments went leaving out the need for a monster it does not really give us a Witcher origin story at all . It gave us a slight incite to the monoliths but that is all. Best part about it was Jaskiers song at the end although his importance as mentioned in E1 was not really explained either
