Re: Willow
Seen episodes 1 & 2 now.
I have never seen the film, so had no idea what to expect.
Of course, being Disney, they had to throw in the mandatory lesbians.
However, so far its been pretty decent, and almost funny in places, I will be continuing with it.
Willow's cancelation is especially questionable considering the viewership it had. According to several streaming aggregators, Willow was the third most streamed series in the United States across all platforms during the first week of its release and only fell as low as the sixth spot in subsequent weeks. Couple this strong viewership with its positive reviews and Disney+ definitely has some explaining to do when it comes to their latest cancelation.
I guess it cost too much to make to justify? MCU and Star Wars keep viewers as you "have" to watch them all to make sense of the different films and series.
