Saturday - Pancetta and white beans in smoked paprika and tomatoes, flat bread, salad and prawns in garlic and chilli.
Sunday - spatchcocked chicken grilled on BBQ with mystery rub, potatoes in curry oil on BBQ, corn on cob.
(Mystery rub - mix of similar rubs left from other cooks mixed together.)

Ribeye steak, thick cut chips, sautéed mushrooms, peppercorn sauce, washed down with a very full bodied Malbec.
SWMBO the same, but with fillet steak, bernaise sauce, and a Gavi (she prefers white wine, which means more red for me... ).
