Returning a Virgin TV Box

As I understand things, the TV Boxes remain the property of Virgin Media.

What do I do with a box we no longer need?

Re: Returning a Virgin TV Box

Once your services end they usually send out a return box unless it’s a standard TiVo box which they would normally tell you to dispose of it

This will sort your problem out, they only want Tivo V6 and Hub3s returned as well as Boosters.

I'd keep it for a few weeks just to be safe if I were you.

This. And once you're confident they don't want it back, get out the tools for your free 500Gb hard drive!
