Re: Potential new customer questions
If you swap Hubs you won't get a new cable so it'll still be the screw cable you have now.
The push to fit cables for Hubs come from the self install packs.
The V6 / 360 boxes do have a different cable connection which is the same design as we use in the UK for terrestrial aerials.

Re: Potential new customer questions
Bit worried by self install , what if there’s a cable fault we haven’t used Virgin in a long long time.

They'll come out and fix it.

Re: Potential new customer questions
My new Hub 5 arrives on Thursday next week, do I have to install it on the day it arrives?

No, but don't leave it more than a few days. You may have to call to get it reactivated if you leave it too long.

Is that free of charge as a manned installation option was £30.

Thanks, I'm not home next Thursday until late pm, but I'll definitely get it up and running the next day.
