zeus i wud say no it is utter bs that pal, 10 is going to 20 that is confirmed and 50 will not be far behind, i am being shaped when i max my connection for so long on newsgroups just limit them to a realistic speed (8 meg around 1 MB/s) still 80 gig a day cant go wrong..
