Instant Support Tool

My Blueyonder IST does not load at PC startup. Have tried to re-run the install disk but this wont work. Is there a download anywhere that I can reinstall from. The VM site gives a lot of detail about IST but I can't see a download link.
Incidentally, is there a version re-named Virgin Media IST yet? Would be great if I could progress to that in one go.

Thanks.

I couldn't find anything either... Might be best calling CS and asking them to send a disk out. If its just for drivers though you can download them here..

http://help2.virginmedia.com/help/ge...testusbdrivers

and if its for PC guard then you can get it here........

http://help2.virginmedia.com/help/ge...r_pcguard_home

Once downloaded you can register it in selfcare here.....

https://selfcare.blueyonder.co.uk/IIPSCVM/index.do

Hope this is of some use until you can get the IST

Re: Instant Support Tool

Yes, I've deleted the IST - seems a bit intrusive and doesn't seem to help with anything not already covered in the various VM Help pages. Thanks for your trouble.
