Re: Important New Support Information

Hi Darkangel,
Harmony in a nutshell combines all the old billing systems used in old areas before ntl took them over onto one system caled SABS. It's an ongoing project (and a major one at that!) Customers will notice a possible new layout of their bill and a change of account number. Depending which area you live in you may have already gone through the changes I mention. The network etc stay the same only the billing part the customer see's each month changes. As I have previously mentioned it will be interesting to see how the system performs with thousands more new accounts on it....!!! :o :o

Re: Important New Support Information

Does this mean we will now all get access to full itemised bills, online?

Apparently you can`t report faults either. The remote control for my STB died last night, it's acting as though a button is constantly held down, although one isn`t, but they can`t order me a new remote unless I call back tomorrow afternoon once the upgrades are completed.
