EFL on Red Button?

What's happened to the match choice on the red button on Sky Football. Has it been removed by Virgin?

Re: EFL on Red Button?

It looks pretty obviously that it is not working as perhaps some of the Virgin staff might know more about it?.

Re: EFL on Red Button?

I was unable to access the matches via the red button either despite rebooting V6 and resetting network 3 times. Was also unable to watch via the Sky Sports app. It's now working for me on channel 503 with a choice of 7 games, however problems not completely solved as according to the Communiy Forum they have a ticket open under F007447100 for those still affected. PS the main site service status page shows the fault Fix estimate is 02 October 00:30 - It's also an issue on some Sky boxes as well.
