I think i have another memory leak

I think something is causing a memory leak in Windows 10 Pro.

After a day or so i have to reboot the PC as my system drags to a crawl and theres over 100k of handles and almost 3k of threads listed in the Task Manager.

Here are 2 images if u need any other info please ask to help.
