Sony have a large catalogue of films they re-mastered from SD to HD and Blu-Ray, so surprising their channels are SD only really.
Hopefully they will make the jump to HD soon

Hey Andrew,
Sorry I didn't see your message as my new one pushed to a new page.
This is interesting and I didn't know about this. Thanks for the info

Sony have been criticised for years for not making better use of the possible synergies between their different divisions. Many assume that big companies with lots of divisions in multiple industries talk to each other. Often they don't, Sony is far from the only one where this happens.
The PlayStation division is by far their biggest money maker these days, most of the others, I believe I read, don't exactly rake it in these days.

I think Sony have culled most of their loss-making portfolio (eg laptops) and expanded in other areas like music publishing where they are the largest in the world. And they have some highly-successful business to business areas that people wouldn't usually come across.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2019)
The latest July Channel Guide PDF has 'Virgin Media Previews HD' on channel 100, but this wasn't HD last time I looked so maybe that's coming soon?
It also has Lifetime+1 on 225 which has now closed and needs Prime Video on 228 added.

Does anyone know when the Amazon UHD search fix is likely to be implemented? I can't wait to bookmark my Prime watchlist but cannot do so until this glitch is sorted out.

It should show up in Search results, even if it's not specifically listed in the Search and Discover app list.
For instance, searching for Good Omens will work.
Have you rebooted your V6 since the app appeared?

Be nice to have this especially with WWE going to BTSports from January 2020, Finally Raw and Smackdown in HD without having to pay extra for the HD Lets hope WWE start doing 4K sometime in the future aswell
Reason i bought a FireTV Stick was for the Network but if Virgin can bag the Network app (maybe possible after WWE part ways with Sky) then it would be WWE all in one place for me
ITV 4 got AEW so i hear.. future looking good for wrestling fans

On the Home menu, select 'Search and Discover' and bring up the programme you want to see. Select it and go down to 'Episodes' Select the first programme in the series and you will see an option to bookmark it. You will be asked whether you just want to bookmark that one programme or the whole series. Select whichever is appropriate and it will then appear in 'My Shows'.
The good thing is, it doesn't take up any of your recording space.

We have been told that "SKY could be looking into VR content from 2020."

Ah right, sorry I thought you meant it wouldn't show up at all.
It's likely a side effect of the way Amazon split their content for HD and UHD. Unlike Netflix where it's all the same title.

They could retrofit their content from when they ventured into 3D. Obviously there would be no head movement, but it is a feature of VR.
