Brighton proxies having a coffee break ?
They're working for most sites, except cable forum.
Changing to
cache1-cos2.server.ntli.net
seems to do the trick though

Think you'll find that Brighton's p*oxies have been off for quite a while, a few weeks at least.
Not that I'm complaining, everything works for me here in Worthing.
