Yeh but just say it didnt happen as his schedule says, then someone you can guarantee will start shouting and ringing up complaing and probably asking for compensation.

I suspect the faster speeds are being affected by the browser cache - if I delete all cache the speeds are consistently 175 kbps

Thought so. Just wondered if it needed a release/renew of IP's to pick it up.
Is it correct that the SACM should reboot itself when the speed has been changed, or should we manually keep rebooting it...

Early hours. We should reboot you, but if for some reason we miss you and you think your area's been done, or Christmas comes round (:P) feel free to. We'll be checking afterwards anyway.
No release/renew should be necessary.

I didnt need to reboot mine - it was automatic. My IP has not changed.
A bit thank you to all those who've been working hard to make this happen.
