Den I am trying to lose abou half a stone or so. So that is why I am on the fruit & cutting my portions down. So far these two weeks have lost 3 pound, so that is a start.

Well that's great that you have lost 3 pounds so far nash and just keep sticking at it and l am sure you will lose the rest of the weight in no time at all.

Brisket has been slow cooking with carrots and onions for 6 hours now. Time to add the spuds when I baste.
