Mother in law cannot get a new deal.

Still on big kaunna deal from 2 years ago. Pays 80pound +.with extra box & 100 gb. Customer service idiot fobbed her off with 11pound of next bill for issues with phone and broadband. BT or sky will get a new customer as soon as i can arrange it.

Why not phone again if you were unfortunate enough to get a dunderhead first time round? Changing operator is quite a big change to inflict on someone unless they really want it..

Don't speak to the normal customer services, select the option for moving house or thinking of leaving. They are usually alot more helpful.

You could try calling VM on 0800 952 2277 this number is Virgin Media customer relations in whom I have always found to be most helpful tbh.
