Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
I have been a very fussy eater all my life, last week while watching breakfast news the were talking about ARFID - Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder.
This is me to a tee, I have a vague memory of gagging on some tinned pork with jelly.
So it easier to say ARFID than being a fussy eater.

Anything that's been grubbing about on the seabed.

Its a bit more than just fussy eating ;

.... a person with ARFID does not consume enough calories to grow and develop properly and, in adults, to maintain basic body function.

I'm a fussy eater, but I clearly dont suffer from ARFID.
