Why do the American networks pump so much of this superhero junk out.

Well That's just your opinon! Personally I Love Superhereo TV Dramas. Arrow, The Flash and Gotham are Great to Watch and Marvel's Agents of Shield is ok but slow in paces. I Don't Know about iZombie and Agent Carter because they haven't been picked up in the UK as of yet.

Re: Renewals & Cancellations

CBS has renewed a load!

Quote:
CBS has renewed 15 series: Person of Interest, Hawaii Five-0, NCIS, Blue Bloods, NCIS: Los Angeles, Criminal Minds, The Good Wife, Elementary, Survivor, Undercover Boss, The Amazing Race, 60 Minutes, The Odd Couple, CSI: Cyber and 48 Hours.
Interesting that CSI isn't there. Maybe it is getting a TV movie?

One man's junk is another man's good TV.

Personally I think The Flash, Arrow and Agent carter are very enjoyable Shows. And I shall definitely give Super Girl a go. I also liked Smallville when it aired several years ago.

I thought that you liked Daredevil? Yes I know it's not a Network show, and thus can be a bit grittier, but it's still a 'Superhero show'. Netflix obviously don't think superhero shows are junk, as they have several more Marvel shows coming, with Daredevil already renewed for a second season.

Think of it as Veronica Mars (complete with voice-over) but with a cute friendly female zombie instead of Ms Mars. Hardly surprising given Rob Thomas' involvement.

The plots are not as involved as Veronica Mars and it's hardly unmissable TV, but enjoyable non the less, with a bit of humour thrown in for good measure.

Not surprised about the short order. In my view, the heart of the show was lost when they did what they did in season 3.

Re: Renewals & Cancellations

I'm still watching PoI on Channel 5, but with it on Netflix am tempted to watch Season 3 on there. Sucks that Channel 5 are so far behind America, and with Big Brother starting tonight wouldn't mind betting that it will not be on for a few weeks/months.

Just caught up with series 3 of POI on Netflix. I enjoyed the way that it ended.
