I am on the VM 300+300 for cable customers. I have seen in the paper ads that non cbale customers can get 200 mins and unlimited txts for £10/month are there better offers now for VM tv & bb customers or is 300+300 still the best one?
Also if I want a new phone for my VM sim do I just buy a PAYG VM phone? Is this the only option? As I am not on a contract there are no upgrades, etc?
I tried to do this via the indian call centre twice and failed! Could someone give me the virgin mobile email address for complaints I remember when I joined VM having problems and was given neil burkett or something address and everything got sorted over night!

I was on 300m 300 txt deal for 12 months I have just renewed and got 300 min and unlimited txt for £18 a month on 18 month contract I also have 1000 lanline minutes and 1mb browsing until Dec .I also got a new phone which I am very pleased with.
